How to choose underwear?
1. Bra Shape
1) Full Cup: Suitable for fuller, softer, flared, or sagging breasts

It almost covers the entire breast, provides good stability and support, and is suitable for those with plump, soft, outward-spreading, or sagging breasts.
2) Half Cup: High-rise, suitable for small to medium breasts

Supports the lower part of the chest, the heart is relatively high, suitable for small and medium chest.
3) Three-quarter Cup: Suitable for most breast shapes

The most common cup shape, 3/4 of the breasts are covered and 1/4 is exposed. It is characterized by a V-shaped bone line, with the stress point on the shoulder straps, showing cleavage, which is sexy and charming and suitable for most breast shapes.
4) Triangle Cup: Suitable for women with fuller breasts

The coverage area is triangular, with a small coverage area, which is sexy and charming, and is more suitable for plump breasts.
2. Check the fabric composition
1) Nylon: the most common, good support, durable and smooth, but poor in breathability and moisture absorption.
2) Cotton: Hypoallergenic, skin-friendly and breathable, but stiff and prone to mold.
3) Silk: Soft, smooth, breathable, and valuable, but offers poor support and can easily break.
4) Modal: Soft and skin-friendly, but offers poor support and can easily deform.
5) Polyester: Durable, dimensionally stable, and provides good support, but can be stuffy and non-breathable.
(Modal and silk make bras soft and breathable, but both fabrics are prone to deformation. Blends of these two fabrics with other fabrics are recommended.)
3. Check the material of the bra cup
1) Regular sponge: A standard style with a soft, light texture, but also a rough texture that can easily mold over time.

2) Silicone: Thicker, less breathable, and can cause constriction. Suitable for standalone use.

3) Latex: Breathable, naturally soft and comfortable, resists deformation, and is more expensive.

4. Check if the bra cups can be removed
1) Removable: The bra pad is easy to clean and dry, and easy to remove after washing.

2) Non-removable: The bra pad is fixed, so you don't have to install it every time. This is a convenient option.

5. Check for the presence of steel rings
1) Underwire: Enhances breast shape and provides strong support, but can cause a pinching sensation and can lead to increased chest compression.

2) Underwire-free: Less support but more comfortable, with no risk of deformation or constriction.
