Shipping Policy

Delivery will be carried out on working days, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays.

Ready stock orders will be shipped out in 1-3 working days upon payment verification.

For order consist of backorders & ready stock, the order will only be shipped out once all items have arrived at our warehouse.

Once the tracking number is emailed to you, your parcel is under the responsibility of our third-party postage service provider; any delay or lost parcel is beyond our control.

For international orders, import duty and customs taxes might be charged when it reaches the destination country, and the recipient must be responsible for them.
